You run a supermarket, a restaurant and a pharmacy — three different trades, three different GSTINs, three teams. Today that usually means three logins, three vendors and a spreadsheet to hold it together. Oryn One is built to run the whole group under one login: each business stays fully independent for compliance and operations, while you see everything from the top.
This page is honest about status: features are marked Available or Rolling out — nothing in development is presented as generally available.
Each business in the group is a fully separate entity — its own data, its own team, its own GSTIN and GST filings. Nothing is merged. The group layer sits on top: it aggregates for the owner and lets the owner step into any entity as its admin, with every switch recorded in the audit trail.
One product family, three sizes. Oryn One is the product; Enterprise is Oryn One at chain/group scale with private deployment and dedicated support.

Multi-entity groups are live in the product. The steps below describe how a group is provisioned and operated; the individual building blocks each carry their own status badge.
Your group is set up with one owner identity and one entity per business — each entity created with its own GSTIN, its own database boundary and its own admin team. Onboarding is guided: we provision entities with you, one category template at a time (supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and more).
Sales, bill counts and payment-mode split for every entity, side by side on one screen — compare the supermarket's day against the restaurant's without leaving the page. GST summaries appear per GSTIN, also side by side, and are never merged into a single figure: each entity's compliance numbers stay exactly what its own filings will show.
From the group view, the owner switches into any entity and acts as that entity's admin — approve a purchase, adjust a price list, review staff. Every switch, and everything done inside the entity during it, is written to the audit trail with who, when and where.
The pharmacy pays for batch-expiry and schedule-drug features; the restaurant pays for KOT and kitchen display; the supermarket pays for weighing-scale lanes. Feature-level licensing per category template already works for individual businesses today — the group layer simply lets one owner hold all of those subscriptions under one roof.
We mark status honestly. Available means running in the product now. Rolling out means in active rollout with early customers — ask sales for the current state and timeline for your group.
Many businesses, many GSTINs, one owner login. Isolated entities with a group dashboard and audited entity switching.
Sign your head-office team in with the identity provider you already use. Central deactivation when someone leaves.
Programmatic access for your IT team, with keys scoped to specific entities and read/write permissions — never a master key.
Check-in/check-out and attendance tracking per outlet, feeding staff reports the owner can see across entities.
Recipe cards, ingredient-level costing and yield tracking for restaurant entities — know the margin on every dish.
Warehouse and order management, stock transfers with approvals, and the Control Tower CEO dashboard across outlets.
Who did what, when, from where — on bills, prices, stock, users and settings. Entity switches by the owner land here too.
GSTR-1/3B exports, e-invoicing and e-way bill per registration — each entity files as itself, exactly as the law expects.
Every counter in every entity bills through internet and power outages; Oryn Sync reconciles when connectivity returns.
Royalty computation and settlement for franchise networks — agreed terms applied to actual sales, visible to both sides.
Business intelligence across the group with margin and GMROI views — see which categories actually earn their shelf space.
Ask "Aaj ki sales?", "Dead stock?" or "Agle mahine ka forecast?" in Hindi or English — answers come from your own data, entity-aware.
Marketplace order management and delivery-partner orchestration alongside WMS — online orders flow into the same stock truth.
Groups don't replace their finance stack overnight, and we don't ask you to. Oryn One is built to coexist with your accounting and ERP systems from day one — and to earn a bigger footprint at renewal, not by lock-in.
The multi-entity group experience — group dashboard, entity switch and per-GSTIN GST views — is live in the product now. A recorded walkthrough will be embedded here shortly; until then, ask for a live walkthrough below.
