By purchasing or using Oryn ("the software"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

Your purchase grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive license to use Oryn on one machine, for personal or commercial work. You receive a license key that activates the software.

2. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the installer or your license key.
• Attempt to bypass, remove, or tamper with the licensing or anti-piracy system.
• Use the software for anything illegal.

3. Bring your own AI

Oryn lets you connect your own AI provider keys or run local models. You are responsible for your use of those providers and any costs or terms they impose. We are not responsible for third-party model outputs.

4. Free trial

A 7-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate the software before purchasing.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated code may contain errors — always review changes before using them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
